ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich
Hauptstraße 68
D- 02742 Friedersdorf
Server location: Germany.

ALL-INKL.COM is one of the few operators with several data processing centres of its own. These are located in Dresden/Germany. Therefore, all data of our users will only be stored on servers located in Germany and are therefore also subject to German legislation, which is considered to be particularly strict, with regard to privacy.

3. SCOPE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We collect and use the personal data of our users in general only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and to make our content and services available. As a rule, personal data are only processed with the user’s consent. Except in cases where it is not possible to obtain prior consent for objective reasons and the data processing is permitted and/or required by law.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 GDPR and, where applicable, specific contractual agreements with the user and related obligations.

4. DELETION OF DATA AND RETENTION PERIOD

Unless otherwise specified, personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes pursued.

In certain cases, the law provides for the retention of personal data. In such cases, the data will only be retained by us for such purposes as required by law and will not be processed in any other way and will be deleted after the expiry of the legal retention period.

5. GENERAL PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

We use personal data for the operation of this website as well as for the purposes listed individually below.

6. WHAT DATA WE USE AND WHY

ACCESS DATA/SERVER LOG FILES

When you use this website, information is automatically collected about the way you use and interact with the site, as well as data about your computer or mobile device (so-called server log files). Such data include:

  • Name and URL of the website visited
  • Date and time of access to the site
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Reference URL (i.e. the page previously visited)
  • Customer/user IP address

All log files listed above are automatically deleted from our server after 365 days. During this period, the user’s IP address is only stored in partially anonymous form. The collection of data to provide the website and their storage in log files are absolutely necessary for the operation of the website itself. We use this log data without reference to your person or further creation of a profile, for the purpose of statistical analyses relating to the operation, security and optimisation of our website, as well as for the anonymous recording of the number of visitors to our website (traffic) and the volume and nature of use of our website and services, and for billing purposes, in order to measure the number of clicks received by our partners. Based on this information we are able to offer personalised and location-based content and to analyse traffic, troubleshoot, correct errors and improve our services.

This is our legitimate interest in the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1(f) of the GDPR.

In addition, the website operator records the full IP addresses of accesses for administrative purposes, among other things to detect and defend against cyber attacks. These data will be deleted at the latest seven days after their collection.

COOKIES

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored in or by the Internet browser on the user’s device. If a user visits our website, a cookie may be stored on the user’s operating system. Cookies contain a typical set of characters that allows your browser to be uniquely identified when you visit the same website again.

Our legitimate interest in the use of cookies, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, lies in making the website more user-friendly, effective and secure.

Since cookies are stored directly on your computer, you as a user also have full control over the use of cookies. By changing the settings of your Internet browser, you can deactivate or restrict the transmission of cookies. Cookies already saved can be deleted at any time. This can also be done automatically. Deactivating cookies for our website may, however, limit the use of the relevant functions.

Further information on the use, management and deletion of cookies can be found at the following link: [Clicca qui]

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

This website uses Google Analytics, a network analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies which are stored on your computer and which enable the analysis of user behaviour. The information generated by the cookies through your use of this website is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

According to its own statement, Google has adhered to the Privacy Shield agreement concluded between the European Union and the United States and obtained certification under that agreement. Google thereby undertakes to comply with the rules and regulations of European privacy law. Further information can be found at the following link: [Clicca qui]

We have activated IP anonymisation (anonymizeIp) on this website. For this purpose, your IP address will be shortened by Google within the Member States of the European Union or other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the IP address be transmitted in full to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

You can prevent the saving of cookies through the corresponding setting in your browser software; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to make full use of all the functions of this website.

Further information on the use, management and deletion of cookies can be found at the following link: [Clicca qui]

You can also prevent the transmission of data generated by the cookies and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of these data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: [Clicca qui]

As an alternative to the browser plug-in or within browsers on mobile devices, you can click on the following link to set up an Opt-Out-Cookie, in order to prevent the future collection of data by Google Analytics within this website (this Opt-Out-Cookie only works in this browser and only for this domain. GOOGLE WEB FONTS

This website uses so-called web fonts for the uniform display of fonts, which are provided by Google. When using this website, your browser loads the necessary web fonts in your browser cache in order to display the texts and characters correctly.

For this purpose, the browser used by you must connect to Google’s servers. In this way, Google learns that our website is accessed via your IP address. Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of our online offers. This is also our legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If your browser does not support Web Fonts, your computer will use a standard font.

Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=it.

DATA FOR THE FULFILMENT OF OUR CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS (FORM: ‘WEBSHOP/ORDER FORM…)

If orders are placed via this page, the personal data we process are those we need to fulfil our contractual obligations, such as name, address, tax code, e-mail address, products ordered, billing and payment data. The collection of such data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract.

The deletion of data takes place on expiry of the guarantee and storage periods provided for by law. Data linked to a user account will always be stored as long as the account remains active.

The legal basis for the processing of such data is Art. 6 co. 1 lett. 1 b) GDPR, as this data is necessary to enable us to fulfil our contractual obligations towards you.

REGISTRATION/USER ACCOUNT (MODULE: ‘USER ACCOUNT’)

On our website we offer users the opportunity to register by providing personal data. By being entered into an input mask, the data is transmitted to us and stored. No data is passed on to third parties.

For the new registration we collect the master data entered in the input mask as well as the access data (user name and password).

In order to guarantee your correct access and to prevent unauthorised access by third parties, you will receive an activation link by e-mail after registration to activate your account.

During the registration process, the user’s consent to the processing of such data will be collected, referring to this privacy policy.

Once a user account has been created, you can request its deletion at our expense at any time, at no extra cost to you. For this purpose, it is sufficient to send a text message to the data controller (e.g. e-mail, fax, letter). We will subsequently delete your stored personal data, unless they need to be stored for the processing of orders or due to legal retention obligations.

The legal basis for the processing of this data is your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lett. a) GDPR and, where applicable, Art. 6 para. 1 lett. b) GDPR provided that mutual contractual obligations continue to exist.

CONTACT FORM AND E-MAIL CONTACT (FORM: ‘CONTACT FORM’)

A contact form is available on our website and can be used for electronic contact. If a user uses the contact form, the data in the input mask are transmitted to us and saved.

Your consent is required for data processing during the mailing process, referring to this privacy policy. The legal basis for data processing is therefore your express consent, pursuant to Article 6 para. 1 letter a) GDPR).

Alternatively, you can contact us via the email address provided. In this case, the user’s personal data transmitted by e-mail will be stored. The legal basis for the processing of the data is therefore your express consent, pursuant to Article 6 para. 1 letter a) GDPR.

No data is passed on to third parties in this context. The data is used exclusively for processing the conversation.

The processing of personal data from the input mask is only for the purpose of processing the contact request. In the case of contact by e-mail, this is supplemented by the necessary legitimate interest in data processing.

The additional personal data processed during the submission process (server log files) are intended to prevent misuse of the contact form and ensure the security of our computer systems.

The user has the possibility to revoke his consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

USE OF SOCIAL PLUGINS

Social plug-ins are integrated via the so-called ‘Due Click’ solution. As a rule, these buttons do not pass on personal data to third parties. Through manual activation, you consent to the transmission of data to the relevant social network operators and the installation of cookies by third parties. However, this consent only applies to the site and the service chosen.

If you decide to activate social plug-ins, please read the following information on functionality and data transmission.

FACEBOOK PLUGIN (LIKE-BUTTON)

This website uses plugins from the social network Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA). You can easily recognise these plug-ins by the Facebook logo or the ‘Like’ button on our website. More information on Facebook plugins can be found by following the link: [Clicca qui]

As described above, plugins are deactivated by default and therefore do not transmit data. Only with your explicit activation will the plugins be activated.

If you call up our Internet presence with one of these plugins, this creates a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. In this way Facebook receives the information that you have visited our website with your IP address. If you use the plugin functions (e.g. click on the Like button, enter a comment) and are logged into your Facebook profile at the same time, you can link the contents of our website directly to your Facebook profile. Only in this way can Facebook associate your visit to our pages with your user profile. If you are not a Facebook user, there is still the possibility that Facebook can detect your IP address and log it. We would like to point out that, as the operator of the website, we have no knowledge of the content of the data provided and their use by Facebook. More information on this can be found in the Facebook privacy section. [Clicca qui]

WIDGET GOOGLE MAPS

We would like to inform you that this website uses a map service (“Google Maps”) from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The maps are integrated on the website by means of a script by which your data (such as your IP address and your location data) can be transmitted to Google. The data may be processed in the USA.

Google is a party to the Privacy Shield agreement concluded between the European Union and the United States and thereby undertakes to comply with the rules and provisions of European privacy law.

GOOGLE ADWORDS AND GOOGLE CONVERSION-TRACKING

This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (Google).

This website uses conversion tracking through Google AdWords. If you click on a Google advertisement, a conversion tracking cookie will be installed.

Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. These cookies cannot be tracked by the websites of Google AdWords customers. The information obtained through this conversion cookie is used for statistical purposes only. These statistics tell us the total number of users who clicked on an ad published by Google that opened a web page with a conversion tracking tag. We do not receive any information that would allow the identification of your personal data. If you do not want to be tracked by Google AdWords, you can simply deactivate the conversion tracking cookie in your browser settings.

The storage of the conversion tracking cookie is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Google AdWords is used in the legitimate interest of analysing and optimising the advertising on offer.

Further information on Google AdWords and Google Conversion-Tracking can be found in Google’s privacy policy: [Clicca qui]

You can set your browser in such a way that it informs you of the installation of a cookie. In addition, you can use your browser settings to choose whether to allow the installation of a cookie only in individual cases, in certain cases or to exclude cookies altogether, and you can activate the automatic deletion of cookies when you close your browser. In the event of deactivation, the full functionality of this website is no longer guaranteed.

GOOGLE ADSENSE

  1. Our website uses the Google AdSense web advertising service from Google Inc. by means of so-called cookies (small text files), which are saved on your device and which enable the use of this website to be analysed. In addition, AdSense uses web beacons, which are transparent graphics with which you can analyse the traffic information of your visits. The information from the cookies and web beacons about your use of our website (which may also contain your IP address) is transferred to a US server of Google Inc. and stored there. This information may be passed on to partners of Google Inc. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.
  2. If you do not wish to save Google AdSense cookies, you can:
    1. deactivate them via the personal settings in your browser;
    2. deactivate personalised advertising at the following address: Google;
    3. deactivate the personalised advertising of suppliers belonging to the “About Ads” sind;
    4. deactivate them by means of a plug-in installed on your browser. The settings in points b) and c) will be deleted if you delete all cookies in your browser settings.
  3. Further information on this can be found in Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=it.

7. YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT

In the event of processing of your personal data, you are a “data subject” within the meaning of the GDPR and have the following rights vis-à-vis the controller:

  1. right of confirmation and access
  2. right of rectification
  3. right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’)
  4. right of restriction of processing
  5. edict of notification
  6. right to data portability
  7. right of objection
  8. the right not to be subject to an automated decision, including profiling
  9. right to withdraw the declaration of consent to data processing
  10. right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

Detailed information on individual rights can be found at the following link: [Clicca qui]

8. DATA SECURITY

We are committed to ensuring the security of your data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and technical capabilities.

Your personal data will normally be transmitted in encrypted form. This applies in particular to your orders and customer login. An encrypted connection can be recognised by the fact that the browser address bar changes from ‘http://’ to ‘https://’ and by the padlock symbol in the browser line. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system, but would point out that the transmission of data via the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) may have security gaps. It is not possible to guarantee absolute protection of data against access by third parties.

In order to protect your data, we apply technical and organisational security measures in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR, which we constantly update to the state of the art.

Furthermore, we do not guarantee that our offer will be available at all times, as defects, interruptions or failures cannot be excluded. The servers we use are regularly and carefully protected.

9. DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

As a rule, we only use your personal data within our company. However, we cannot exclude the possibility that, in the event of data transmission to third parties, the data may be transmitted to another EU or non-EU country or to an international organisation if this is in accordance with the purpose of the data processing.

If and insofar as we involve third parties in the performance of contracts (e.g. logistics service providers), these parties will only receive personal data to the extent necessary for the provision of the corresponding service.

If we outsource parts of the data processing (“Data processing by third parties”), we contractually oblige the outsourced parties to use the personal data only in accordance with the legal data protection requirements and to ensure that the rights of the data subject are protected.
